Collaboration in any setting is important. In this session, participants will examine principles of collaboration and how to apply them to state and national agencies and organizations.

Participants will examine and discuss identity development using Erikson’s Identity Development theory. We will then reflect upon how our own development can affect how we view the world around us through a biased lens.

In these sessions participants will gain crucial knowledge of social-emotional learning, brain development and neuroscience, and the principles of the MindUP Curriculum.

More Than a Babysitter: Professionalism in the Field of Early Childhood Education (1 hr)

This course reminds participants of the important aspects of being a professional and explores what being a professional in early childhood education looks like.

Child Abuse Prevention (2 hrs)

Learn how to identify possible red flags for child abuse and neglect in early childhood classroom.
