Will I have to sign up for a new account on this platform?

Yes.  This is hosted on a new platform and you will need to create a new user account. 

Is the membership code the same for unlimited trainings?

Yes, we have created the same membership code for the new platform as well.  All of your staff should be able to use it to sign-up for online training.

Do your courses count for annual clock hours?

Yes, all of our training courses are conducted by credentialed trainers in accordance with Kentucky's child care regulations and count for annual clock hour renewal for child care providers.

When will I see my classes in ECE-TRIS?

We assign training credit into ECE-TRIS upon completion of the course.  Per regulations, we have up to 10 business days to enter credit into ECE-TRIS.  If you do not see your class entered after 10 business days, please contact [email protected] or [email protected] for further assistance.
