Research tells us that parental involvement in a child's education is critical, but engaging parents in their child's education can be a challenge. This course will explore ways to engage families initially and keep them involved in the classroom.

This course will explore the importance of language development on school readiness and also provide strategies to help children develop language skills that will set the stage for learning.

The Importance of Communicating With Parents in Early Education (1 hr)

Research shows that involving parents in the educational process is critical to children having academic success. This course examines why it is so important and also gives strategies for involving parents in the early childhood classroom.
