What could Sensory Processing Disorder look like in the Early Childhood setting? Sensory Integration (SI) is the ability of the central nervous system to organize and process input from different sensory channels to perform purposeful activities. This training session will cover the basic knowledge needed to identify sensory challenges that some young children may face in your early childhood classroom. Join us as we did deeper into the seven (7) senses, behaviors you may be observing, as well as some activities you can plan, and supports that can be implemented throughout the classroom.
