Planning With the Standards: Science, Three’s & Four’s (1 hr)

Objectives: 

  1. Analyze the importance of Science.
  2. Review the science standard.
  3. Recognize science in the every day.
  4. Construct lesson plans & assessments.

 

Description: Participants will become familiar with the Kentucky Early Childhood Science standard and begin using the standard in their lesson planning and assessment system. They will take in new ideas for activities and the intentionality behind all the materials and activities within the classroom.

CDA: 1,2 & 7
Core content: 4 & 5
