Planning with the Standards: Physical Education, 3’s & 4’s (1 hr)

Participants will become familiar with the physical standard and benchmarks, analyze the importance of physical development as well as various aspects of what physical education means. Folks will recognize the various ways we can use the standards to set goals, plan and assess in order that children grow and develop individually as well as the group. We will also discuss safety when it comes to physical education planning.

Integrate activities in lesson planning and assessment
