In these sessions, participants will gain crucial knowledge of social-emotional learning, brain development and neuroscience, and the principles of the MindUP Curriculum. By gaining an understanding of the brain, we can construct strategies to engage with children on a social-emotional level to improve their own understanding of their feelings, behaviors, and ways to regulate themselves.

This training is in the early childhood are because it deals with brain development, social-emotional growth of young children, and strategies for the classroom for regulating behavior.
