Kentucky’s Early Childhood Standards: Creative Expression and Creative Arts 

 Description: The purpose of the Early Childhood Standards is to provide educators with a guide to preparing children for success in school, starting in infancy through four-year-olds. After taking this session on the Creative Expression and Creative Arts domains, participants will be able to define creative expression and creative arts, describe the developmental continuum alignment of Creative Expression and Creative Arts, explain the important role that creative experiences have on the development of the whole child.
