Description: The Family Guide Overview is a session to provide educators and families a quick look into the Family Guide, how to use it and how children benefit when we work together toward the early education of our youngest citizens.

• Examine the history of the Family Guide
• Analyze the 5 areas of learning in the Family Guide
• Discuss keys to kindergarten readiness
• List the resources available for the Family Guide
