Kids Matter Online Training

In this session, participants will gain an understanding of temperament in infants and the ways in which classroom environment and planning can influence individual children. We will discuss “goodness of fit,” what that means and employing this idea when it comes to planning, assessment and building a classroom environment.

Objectives:
Examine and describe temperament.

• Examine and describe temperament.
• Analyze the ways temperament affects the classroom.
• Identify behaviors based on temperament.
• Create ways to guide children through behaviors or “goodness of fit.”
