Research tells us that parental involvement in a child's education is critical, but engaging parents in their child's education can be a challenge.  This course will explore ways to engage families initially and keep them involved in the classroom.

 

After this class, participants will:

  1. Recognize the importance family involvement in early childhood education
  2. Be able to identify strategies to effectively engage families in the classroom
  3. Design and implement strategies for their own classrooms to engage families
