In this bundle series, we will look at professional development planning overall, in early childhood and in Kentucky. Participants will hear about SMART goals, KY requirements, and all the components and elements of a fully functioning PD Plan.

Objectives:
1) Identify components of professional development planning.
2) Describe the topics and components early childhood professional planning.
3) Analyze the requirements and resources in Kentucky for professional development planning.
